Strong MD - seems like MacDonald & Co have been pushing out CVP’s old tech team one by one  (a number or other MS and homegrown seniors have left CVP PA over the past year). Mac Donald’s no question a strong banker, but it’s interesting that he’s been pretty quiet on the deal making front (Handler & Co sourced most of the higher profile tech deals during the time when Handler and MacDonald overlapped, and most of the software deals post-exodus have been sourced by Dunn).
