Heard they operate on an accounts based model so some weeks are very very light (40 hours) but other weeks get insane with many accounts blowing up (100+ hour weeks consecutively).Can anyone attest to this cyclical nature of their WLB? Are hours generally better there than other EBs?

Overheard something similar, which is it really depends on the accounts you "cover".
If you are lucky, you will have great hours. If you are unlucky and stuck with demanding/busy clients, you will have atrocious hours.
