I think the CFA Institute website indicates that you need to have graduated to write Level II. I passed Level I and am graduating by April. But, I believe the Institute requires you to be graduate at the time of enrollment (last day is mid-march)...
Does anybody know if its still possible to write the exam? Thanks all for your help!

I'm not sure on the particulars as far whether you need to have the degree upon enrollment or anytime before you are seated for the exam.
I would contact CFAI's customer service... they are slow to respond through their site so you may want to just make a call.
I'm pretty sure you need to have graduated prior to registration, not the day of writing the exam. In that case, June '10 would be your shot at Level 2.
