Chances of landing a job in NY as an international student

Hi guys,

I'm thinking of studying undegrad in the US. Living abroad and getting international experience are some of the reasons I'm considering this, but the possibility of coming to work in the NY offices of a BB after college is also a huge factor.

Coming out of undergrad at a target/semi-target school (was thinking of applying to Williams, Duke, Dartmouth and similiar), with the standard 3.7+ GPA and relevant internships, would I be at a disadvantage versus national applicants? Would the Visa process deter firms from hiring me? Would I be better of starting in my home country or in Europe, and then trying to make the move post MBA or through promotions? I'm from Portugal, and also got accepted here at Nova for entry in September this year.
