Question for everyone: what do you think the chances are for current VPs/junior EDs to actually ever make it to MD?
I'm in a major BB and when I look around I feel like we already have enough MDs who are heads of their respective teams (and will presumably still stay on in their role 20years +) and promotions will really slow down at some point / there is no real career runway for their juniors
