Charlotte IB Exits
Can someone speak to what the exits look like for IB in Charlotte? Is it still very feasible to go do west coast PE if at one of the four larger banks with presences in Charlotte (Lazard, WF, Jef, Blair)? I assume wouldn't effect odds of going to Corp Dev very much given that it's not as competitive as PE recruiting.
Granted, I know next to nothing so I am all ears to everything. Also, feel free to share any insight to the Charlotte IB scene (recent layoffs, bankings rapidly shrinking / growing, etc).

If you’re at a good bank, you should be able to have a decent chance at most geographies
LAZ WF JEF BLAIR are all solid banks where you can move geographies easily.
LAZ is the MM team in Charlotte. Not real Lazard
