Cheating on online assessments

What would happen if an intern candidate at a BB cheated on the initial online assessment (hacker rank or hirevue), but passed and super day and eventually got an offer? Do you think their initial online assessment will ever get reviewed? Wouldn't it be very easy for a candidate to cheat on these online assessments and get away with it? or will all the test results get reviewed 6 months later?

I know people who have the entire test bank for a major numerical test used by banks with all the answers. However, banks may ask people to retake the test if they find it suspicious. Also, the test reports the time that you spend on the questions. If it looks suspicious, it might lead to trouble.

Hirevue is very easy to cheat if the questions are not dynamic. You can set up a fake application profile. However you might get caught because of the IPs.

When you say cheating on Hirevue, I interpret that as making up fake stories for the "Describe a time you screwed up" or "describe a weakness" lol. Yeah they cross reference and double check those after they've stored them in their permanent database as legal evidence for the future. LOL
