Chicago Arc at Old Colony review
Incoming SA in Chicago. Office is around the loop. Couple of seniors who lived at the Buckingham recommended arc. So applied for arc at old colony. 429/week for a private bed and private bath with 2 or 3 roommates for 10 wks. Feels like kinda expensive even with housing stipend. Haven't signed the lease yet.What do you guys think.
Also incoming intern in Chicago. Take a look at 30 East. About 3 blocks south of arc and a 3 bed 3 bath is ~$2900 for 12 weeks.

Op here, just found out that the summer leasing term does not align with my start day that well. Otherwise, it would have been great. Thanks for the response btw.
