I have the chance to choose between IB vs AM vs institutional sales for my first ever internship (freshman). I am most interested in AM and hope to get into that industry for my junior internship. Any advice on which one i should take?

Do AM then...
don't IB internships build stronger technical skills (modeling etc) and lead to wider exposure in general? Since its my first internship and I'm just really there to learn and not to get a job, would IB be a viable choice? Or still AM
Institutional sales is great in many ways, but I'd bear in mind that it provides a far narrower set of lateral/exit ops than either IB or AM.
