I obviously don't know proper details but based on their ambiguity, big claims with no evidence, and based on what other bucket shops look like (trust me I've been around a few), I am leaning that the place has all the reqs to be a bucket shop.
Only person who works there went to a 2-year community college and is from Left Lanes Associates (previous threads on this firm).
