CIT Commercial Finance Thoughts
Would like to learn more about CIT's Commercial Finance Groups. In terms of Commercial Banking, it's unique that they are separated by industry verticals (i.e. energy, TMT etc.). I would like to learn more about their deal flow, sizes of deals, exit opportunities, and how they got their rep for doing more modeling than other commercial banks. Do they do DCF and/or lbo models like IBs (are they more technical in their analysis)? How are they different from other commercial banks? What is their competitive advantage?
I know I've asked a lot of questions. But would really like a comprehensive view of the Commercial Finance Group at CIT. It seems to me like they are up and coming.
anyone have insights?
any help is appreciated guys!
