Was it that common for people at Citi / other BB to do 3 years as an analyst before?
JPM (no longer) and Citi were the last two BBs having a 3 year analyst program.
Now its just some EBs–CVP, EVR, think Lazard is 2.5, but most people here are not staying past 2 years regardless
