Citi Industrials (M&M) LA vs. Goldman Industrials Chicago

Looking for a real comparison on:

Pay: any meaningful difference in base/bonus between the two, or is it standardized regardless of group/office?

Benefits: how the banks stack up beyond comp (PTO, perks, meal stipend, etc.)

Deal flow: which group actually gets real transaction experience vs. sitting on the bench waiting for live deals do not want to be stuck in a pitch fest or outsource modeling work to NY team

Would appreciate input from anyone with firsthand or secondhand knowledge of either specific office/group (not just general Citi vs. GS brand comparisons). Culture, hours, and exit quality also welcome, but pay/benefits/deal flow are the priority.
