Just got an offer and it says Base will be 110 with eligibility for overtime above 40 hours. Not sure if this means pay will be prorated for the summer or hourly? Is it looked down upon to claim more 40 hours in a week? Can any previous interns or current analysts confirm if pay is prorated or hourly?
