I think it's pretty standard at the top tier banks...60+10 to 65+15 is the range I've heard (seems to be tending towards the lower end of that too)

That is such low pay. How do you expect anyone to survive in places like NY on 60-70k and putting in that many hours for it. Ridiculous. Consulting pays the same for much better work-life balance. One of my friends got into Goldman Chicago last year with 80+20
80/20 as a first year banking analyst? I don't believe that.

I have a friend who's uncle's cousin's niece's brother-in-law got 210+100. At a ny boutique. Seriously they all pay the same, and 5 or even 10k DOES NOT MATTER. May seem like a lot of money when you're first starting out but it's all about how much you are going to make down the line.
What is the June/July bonus usually like for an analyst?
For first years, this past June/July, the range was 70k-90k I believe
