Could someone please talk about the differences in day to day responsibilities of a CMBS and REIB analysts.
What are the differences in pay (analyst, Associate, VP), exit opps, and career progression? Which is best for REPE? Which is better for RE asset management? Is CMBS typically within the IBD (if so wouldnt that make CMBS a subset of REIB)?
