Yes very try hard - just wear khakis and a polo / quarterzip. Relax and you will do great. Before diving into work topics ask him about his time on campus, sports teams they follow, etc. try to not be a robot and be an actual person they would want to sit next to for 16 hours a day because at the end of the day that’s what it’s all about
