the usual - probably b/w 4-6 interviews. About a fifty-fifty split between technicals and fit questions. there's a bunch of information on this site regarding superdays, so I recommend you start there, but if you have more specific questions, maybe I can be of more help.

Understand that Cogent plays in the secondary market. Understand what the secondary market is. Know that 2010 was a huge year for secondary market plays. Know what types of clients they serve.
