Community College to UNC
How hard is it for a community college transfer to UNC (tier schools like it) to get in IB? Does it really matter or is the most important thing where I finish my bachelors?

Once you transfer I don't think it should matter that you came from comm college. Might even help your story depending on the circumstances.

You don't even have to put the community college on your resume. Just put UNC (or whatever) and the year you graduated.
i see people do it all the time. a lot of people end up doing 3 years at CPCC to get into UNC.
competition, not getting into the right classes, bringing up GPA to get into the business program at UNC, etc. i took some classes at cpcc during high school and it was easy shit. I'm sure most of the ppl transferring are retards with the exception of a few kids who didn't have the cash for UNC and were able to transfer in 2 years.
If you strategically choose your courses, you can be in and out in 2 years and have all of your credits transfer. At least that's what I did several years ago (not to UNC though).
I transferred into a top 10 undergrad b-school (UNC, UVA, UT, USC) after doing the first two years at a cc. I was able to land a few i-banking first rounds at elite botiques.
If you maintain a high GPA and take on leadership roles in your business clubs/organizations, you'll be fine.
