Comp: Analyst - No Base Increase
Bit of an oddity, wanted to get the community's take. Analyst 2, on a 90 base. Bonus was great, but oddly the base didn't get bumped up to 95 which is what I would've expected. 5k surely isn't going to make or break anything, but wondering if anyone has any insight.
