Comp at associate and above levels.

I have looked at WSO comp DB and researched online earlier. The little info that's available on comp in senior roles (associate,VP,MD) seems to be outdated. I'm not sure how much is true anymore.

I think it will be an useful discussion for everyone to know the compensation at associate and above levels, as most info is only on analyst pay.

On average what's the street pay today for associate and VP?

Here's what I've been thinking.

Year All in comp (middle bucket)
Assoc-1 180
Assoc-2 220
Assoc-3 250
Assoc-4 300
VP-1 350
VP-2 400
VP-3 450
Director/MD ???

Am I too far off?

I'm not in IB. anybody working can you pour your thoughts on compensation.

iRXAppears to be generally correct. The reason you probably aren't seeing a lot of numbers out there is because the variance in comp tends to increase with seniority.

Thanks.

Any idea on where I can find(other than the comp DB) middle bucket salaries at associate levels.
