My company collects 360 feedback on everyone and I need to write them for my seniors too. Obviously I’m not going to write anything negative, but one of the question is - how can they improve... I was wondering what people usually put there? If you so write something like - be more open to others suggestions, etc, would it backfire on you? Thank you
