Comparable Comp and Precedent Transaction IB Interview Questions

I was wondering for Valuation models like Comparable Comp and Precedent Transactions, do I need to know a ton of details based on these valuation models (and others like it) or just the general jist? I'm a sophomore studying for technical interview questions currently and was just curious. I have been using BITW 400+ question guide and Rosenbaum&Perl guide (this one goes into a ton of detail but IDK if i need to know all of it) for studying on top of a bunch of other sources.

Please let me know.

Thanks!!
