I have a friend who is networking with someone and he’s excited cause it’s going well. But it looks like they don’t do anything other than follow-on offerings? Or if they do M&A it’s like a no name company.
I don’t want to hurt his feelings but it seems like bad IB experience. I can’t really think of any worse investment banks TBH
