Hi there,
I am a recent graduate from Australia, just signed an offer with a BB here and would love to learn a bit more about the offer/contract structure.
My contract does stipulate a discretionary bonus without exact or estimated amount. Wondering if this is normal?
Also, the contract says the compensation will be reviewed on an annual basis. Wondering if this is also normal and what percentage increase I should expect?
