Compensation Policies
"UBS AG raised banker base pay 50 percent and Bank of America Corp., which bought Merrill Lynch & Co., said in March it might boost salaries as a proportion of total compensation. "
So I am guessing UBS pays a starting analyst salary of 90K now. Does anyone know more about these compensation changes and what each bank is specifically doing?

Think that was just for the employees on the calendar year bonus structure. AFAIK, UBS analysts still make only $60k base.
Yep, UBS analyst comp is still the same.
