Hi WSO! I am looking to move to Singapore, and thus want a nice condo not too far from CBD. I was looking for recommendations where I will have no noise issues, good Quality of life (no leaky/clogged pipes, pests, broken trash chutes, closed amenities...). It's quite tough to tell just from visiting, so I was hoping someone could advise me some specific buildings. Or even warn me about the bad ones.
