Condo in Singapore
Hi WSO! I am looking to move to Singapore, and thus want a nice condo not too far from CBD. I was looking for recommendations where I will have no noise issues, good Quality of life (no leaky/clogged pipes, pests, broken trash chutes, closed amenities...). It's quite tough to tell just from visiting, so I was hoping someone could advise me some specific buildings. Or even warn me about the bad ones.

You can check out PropertyGuru or 99.co, which are online real estate platforms where you can browse all property listings. It might be useful to filter to Districts 1, 2, 6 & 7 as those are the regions near the CBD.
