It is normal to have received nothing back. If you haven't already, I'd send a follow-up email or place a phone call just to confirm that they received the executed offer letter. Also, they usually ask for the original signed document, so I'd check to see if they need that as well (in the event you didn't send it in yet).

I got emails from HR and from the intern sponsor in the group with congrats/we got the offer. Email HR, and I think most places want the physical signed copy.
