I'm coming up on my first year out of school, during which time I've worked within the consulting arm of a top Big 4. I had a high (3.5+) GPA from a top 5 school, however, my university was liberal arts (my degree was in Econ) and I don't have a banking internship under my belt. What are my odds if I try to switch over to banking? My guess is that I'll need to work another year, get an MBA, and then switch, but I'm hoping that you all can give me some insight.
