Consultants & LBOs
Hi,
I've never really got to learn alot about LBO's but I'm wondering if it is common for consulting firms to be involved in the LBO process. Especially for all the cost cutting that needs to be done.
Do you guys have any example of transactions where major consulting firms played a key role ?

for big lbos bain or mckinsey is almost always hired to do business/market due diligence.
