Does anyone have any insight as to what industry circumstances have scaled consulting salaries significantly but not investment banking ones to match? It seems to me that on the road to partner at an MBB firm there isn’t that big of a pay differential between that and the road to an IB MD. Would appreciate some more senior insight.
