I am fortunate enough to have two summer offers but I am still struggling and I am trying to figure out what I want more. The offers are consulting NY and banking non-NY, I want to work in New York City but I like banking more.. Those who had similar situations, what would you choose?

If you like banking more, then do that. You can lateral over to a NY office after a year or so.
Honestly this is a hard decision to make w/o some context. Like if you had a consulting offer from an MBB vs. some crappy little boutique, shouldn't automatically do banking.
