I'm wondering if anyone got the slightest clue what the conversion rate of people called to assessment center to the people getting a SA offer might be? The division would either be IBD or DCM/ECM/Lev.Fin.
Anyone heard any actual numbers concerning the ratio? Guesses with some substance are also welcome (personally I got no clue).

Summer analyst AC offer rate at MS ? (Originally Posted: 01/19/2012)
Hello everyone, I've got an AC at MS London office soon for a Summer internship in S&T I was told by a few people that they invite 12 people for each Assessment Center.
1st : Is this True ?
And more importantly : What is the usual offer rate ? more like 1-2 or 3-4 or 5-6 / 12 ?
I was quite surprised by the fact that the filter from 1st round to AC was quite drastic the day i had my 1st interview (2 called back from 11), but maybe It just happened that there were a lot of bad candidates that went past the CV barrier that day...
What do you think ?
A last question, what is exactly the "group exercice" for S&T ? I know that for IBD you play the role of the management of a company but don't had any feedback for S&T
Please only answer if you know about MS process. The offer rate varies a lot from a bank to another since their 1st round => AC ratio is not the same.
