Corp. Dev. Associate Pay at Start-Up?
Can anyone drop their comp for Corp. Dev. Associate pay at start-ups in terms of cash comp? Equity is equity, and that will materialize depending on the amount received and the performance of the company. But cash comp is what I'm worried about. Without going into too much details of the company, let's just say this is a tech company focused on either consumer good/ finance/ property/ saas and has gone through Series B or C funding. Please let me know!
