Corp Dev @ Tesla or SpaceX?

Thoughts on comp (potential of stock based comp in particular), career progression, exits, culture, etc.? Would this role be in SF or TX or somewhere else? Would appreciate your perspective.

Thanks for the quick reply. Sbed. Have you heard the same for SpaceX / Starlink?

I have previously worked in the automotive industry (strategy, finance and consulting roles) for two OEMs. Have a limited network into Tesla, all I can say is that everyone who joined was really excited and keen to join. Within a few years they all quit and left to work elsewhere. One guy went back to the F150 program, another is at Lucid.

There are some super interesting roles advertised on tesla though, thought of applying many times.
