Corporate Banking Associate Comp?
Currently considering an Associate role at one of the large global Corporate Banking groups. (Barclays/HSBC/BNP/BAML)
Seems to sit under the general IB/Markets umbrella and partners with ECM/DCM/M&A/S&T.
How should I be thinking about comp? I know pay went up for analysts/associates at some firms in IB and CB, but not sure what it looks like overall. Any thoughts? Can’t seem to find much updated info.
Bump for curiosity. Guessing it’s not Barclays or BAML given how you tiered those 4
Thanks for the bump. Not an American bank, but nonetheless a large one - if that helps anyone looking at this thread.
maybe 200 all-in?
150/175 base with 50-100 bonus. Bank and group dependent, stub obviously lower
Interesting. Is this for a global European bank?
JPM/Citi/BAML
