I’m considering lateraling to a different firm, specifically for comp at the associate and VP+ level. Would love some different data points as to what total comp looks like for some of you guys at BB, and MM. As well as if you’re happy with your decision to stay for the long haul.
As an A1 I made 110k base, 30-40% bonus at a MM.
