Corporate refinancing

Hey everyone,

Im working on a topic for my MD right now and the topic is:

Refinancing maturing debt obligations- is loan restructuring or asset disposal the way to go? How soon will credit markets ease up and how much capital is sitting on the sidelines?

Would really appreciate it if someone coudl give me some info on some articles on how the credit markets are recently or on how much capital are on the sidelines right now? Anything from WSJ, Businessweek, anything will be great.
