Cover letter for UK Spring Weeks IB Dilemna
Heard multiple different opinions regarding uploading cover letters if it is optional. Unless you have really specific info regarding that firm, perhaps an insight from an employee at the firm that's worth mentioning, I typically don't upload cover letters where it's optional. Heard most recruiters don't even look at it. However, a person has recently recommended me to do so for Spring Weeks where it's optional, is this a smart idea or not?
