This kind of cover letter says nothing, the information and emphasis given to an AM internship can be highly misleading for the IB as they may think that IB is not your true passion, be careful with that, I wouldnt emphasize that.
Emphasize why IB, thats my 2 cents, at the end of the day what you did means nothing, but what you are willing to do does

“Tutelage” says it all
also network and name drop those people in your cover letter, what you learned when speaking with them, and how speaking with them gave you more interest in the firm
It comes off as you aren't seriously interested in banking. You could legit plug anything else instead of ib and it would be the same thing. I would try to tailor it a bit more towards ib.
