Coverage Group Exposure
Can someone shed some light on the following please?
1) how much M&A/LBO exposure (BB (DB/CS/BaML) that has separate prod. groups for M&A/Lev Fin
2) how much M&A modeling a coverage banker would do before passing on to an M&A banker.
I just wanted some clarification on the hand-off point of a M&A/LBO deal between the M&A/Lev FIn banker and a coverage banker. Thanks
