I recently received an offer to join a CRE group at a well-known Bank and am wondering if I would be able to switch to IB after a year? I currently intern at a small boutique where I am pretty sure they are going to give the FT offer, but just in case they don't will I be screwed if I go with CRE? Not much luck with FT recruiting this cycle so these are my only two options
