As the title suggests, I am looking to find out what Credit Suisse's IBCM Summer Analyst to full time offer conversion rate is - specifically in the London office. I have taken an offer here for the summer and so I am keen to know what the chances are of a full-time offer. Should I expect around 50-60% as is the case for a lot of banks atm or will it be lower?
