I would take off the "Will improve processes by 40%" part. It sounds like you're obviously embellishing, and will serve to make the reader more wary of the rest of your resume's authenticity.
I mean, how do you measure that performance improvement and quantify it to some arbitrary 40% number, especially if it hasn't happened yet? It's like you're predicting success lol.
