Hi all,Do any of you know of any crypto M&A firms that will be specialized in crypto advisory? Since many bankers are going that direction will current banks open up a new division for crypto IB?

MS MediaComms covers crypto M&A
I'm at Barclays and it's covered by FIG, albeit I agree that certain companies would better lend themselves to a gaming/media coverage... cross-coverage with TMT is always possible, however :)
Canaccord Genuity’s Tech group covers crypto companies in both M&A and ecm. They have actually advised on a good amount of deals in the space.
^^^ I work in crypto and Canaccord was one of the first banks to jump into crypto & blockchain (and cannabis) before it was considered mainstream. CG gets some really interesting mandates.

Most BB's do some sort of coverage and are looking at advising on some M&A though IPO's for all the major exchanges and marketplaces are more front and center as seversl have massive scale. The contstraining factor is still size for a lot of deals, a lot of companies are still $500mm at the high end so the fees just aren't there in a lot of cases. Galaxy Digital a fairly well known crypto player and has an advisory arm that does exclusively crypto deals. Just noticed their stock got absolutely slaughtered today (-26%). link below for reference
