CS Alternative Investments - Funds Marketing
Can anyone offer any info on this group, besides what is available on the web. In particular, what is the experience actually like and what do people end up doing after the analyst stint?
ive heard post analyst stint - b school, fund of funds. i mean for the FT position they ask for a writing sample so that should tell u soemthing - u spend alot of time writing. u model out fund structures and i think how much money they could make - i was never quite clear on that. but ur skills are not corp fin or managing money really - its picking managers, setting up fee structures, interacting with clients, developing marketing materials.
