Signed an offer to return to CS Sponsors for FT;however, have gotten a MMPE offer. Not sure which opportunity is better?

It depends what you want to do. You can do CS FSG and then exit to a mega fund. That exit exists.
If you want to focus on MM then I’d say go to MMPE.

Did you already sign the cs offer? It doesn’t seem like it’s worth the risk to reneg and possibly lose both offers
