CS vs Solomon vs FTP

Looking for some advice here on what to decide in term of exit opps, culture and pay.

Interested in tech and real estate but have no idea what I want to do long term.

Also taking into account:

CS has been underperforming (hurts bonus) Solomon has a pretty decent culture (hearsay) FTP base bump (and you get a cool coin)
