Current BB Credit Analyst Networking Call for Lateral

To provide some color, I'm currently an IB credit analyst at a BB. I'm looking to lateral into a MM firm and have been reaching out to VP and directors at the firms to set up networking calls. The call usually last ~30min, what are your advice on how to structure the call to best benefit from it?

Here's my current structure:

Introduction: Talk about my background and let the other person talk about his. - 3-5min Ask questions: 1. Why did they join x firm? 2-3min 2. Why x industry? 2- 3min 3. Can you talk about how the team is structured and staffed on each deal? 2-3min 4. For someone like my background how can I best position myself for a lateral position at x firm? 3-5min 5. If everything goes well, is there someone that you will recommend I reach out to? 1 -2min
