Current BB IBD Salary Scale
I can't seem to find a full rundown of associate level salaries in one place anywhere.
Does anyone have any insight into the current salary market? Personally, I will be joining the A0 class at a BB soon and was hoping to know about A1-A3 level pay.
I know for A0 it's 125K + stub + signing bonus and A1 bumps to 150K base. What about A1 bonus and A2, A3 all in?
Seems like most of the compensation numbers I see online are a few years out of date so any insight would be appreciated.
bump - anything?
there's the new comp structure so everything you hear is 100% speculation.
Base goes like this A0: 125 A1: 150 A2: 175 A3: 200
To add to this, I know the BB I am at has middle bucket associate bonus at 1x base and top bucket 1.5x. Don't know if this is reflective of the entire street though.
there's no way anybody knows this yet. A class hasn't gotten their bonuses with these new base ranges.
I thought some firms paid A0 140K -- What does this mean for their base as A1, A2, and A3?
not bbs
